All participants are required to be a current member of WOR. A special $25 WOR/USAR Developmental Membership fee will be offered for only $15.00 to all participants who are not current members either by advance registration or at the tournament desk. I acknowledge that outdoor racquetball is an inherently dangerous sport in which I participate at my own risk and that I hereby on behalf of myself,  my heirs, assigns and personal relatives, waive, release, and forever discharge Dillon Silver, Eric Harper, World Outdoor Racquetball, Pro Kennex, Ektelon, Prince Sports, The City of Boca Raton, USA Racquetball, South County regional Park, Palm Beach County, Florida, Florida and any said officers, agents, members, sponsors, promoters,  and affiliates whosoever from any and all liability, claim, loss, cost, or expense arising from or attribute to in any legal way to any action or omission  or act of any such person or organization or execution of this racquetball event, including travel to and from such event, in which I may participate as  a player, team member or spectator.  I also agree to wear U.S. Racquetball Association-Approved eye protection whenever I am on the courts, either  during practice or during game play. 

To the best of my knowledge, I have no physical conditions, which would interfere with my ability to participate  in, or attend this racquetball event or danger my health hereby. Photo & Film Waiver  I hereby grant full permission to the organizers, their agents, employees, and representatives to use my name, voice and/or picture or film in any  broadcast, telecast, advertising, promotion or other related to this event. Please mail in entry form early to secure an event t-shirt.  DO NOT send money now, pay for entry at the event. Event Director reserves the right to combine divisions and/or move any player to a more suitable division at his  sole discretion.  Divisions with less than 4 teams may be combined or eliminated.  All WOR rules will be in effect.  Rules are available at WOR website: www.worldoutdoorracquetball.com. Event t-shirts will be provided to the first players registered.  T-shirts will also be available for sale.
